pin up show

I'm in a group exhibition coming up at the start of February. It's a Pin Up girl themed show!

I will be there during the closing reception on the 4th from 6-10PM, you should come too!

There will be 35 artists showing, and I can't wait to see what everyone came up with. It's at the Untitled Art Society Satellite Gallery. For more info you can check out the Facebook event page here.

string bridges poster

Here is a poster I did for an upcoming gig String Bridges has. The concept came to me when I heard the name of their band ages ago, so I'm glad I finally got to pull the trigger on the design. Come to The Blues Can in Inglewood on Febuary 2nd, and support some local talent. You can listen to their music here.

something furry

Continuing the illustrations for Keepin' It Sleazy with E-Z Breezy in 2012, here is my contribution to BeatRoute's January issue. The topic was "Furries", read more about that on Beatroute's site here, or go pick up an issue around town.

Listen to Blitzen Trapper's "Furr" below.

january freq

At the end of last month I created this illustration for the January issue of FREQ magazine, which is out on stands now. It was originally created to be the cover, for the feature on Snowblower. Unfortunately advertisements got held up until it needed to be printed after Snowblower, so it didn't make sense as the feature anymore. You can still find this illustration inside I've been told, so go to your local news stand and pick up a copy.

I also reviewed the Pusha T mixtape "Fear of God II: Let Us Pray" in this months issue of FREQ, listen to a track from that album below where Ziplock P raps circles around your favorite MC.
