freq d-sisive review

Meant to mention that I reviewed D-Sisive's newest album "Run With The Creeps" in this months issue of FREQ. So if you're reading the newest issue flip to the review section to check out my contribution.

Update: Thanks to Jaron who pointed out that reviews are up on the FREQ site, so read it here.

still here 09

Still Here wishes you a Merry Christmas! This will have to double as my Christmas card this year.

This is number 9 of my "Still Here" series, and it may be the last one until the new year, as things are hectic around the holiday season. Perhaps I'll try to draw up a Still Here picture or something (as I pretend people actually follow this :D ). We'll see!

Follow the tumblr and tell your friends.

escort bandits

Here is my latest illustration for Beatroute's monthly sex column, Keepin' It Sleazy with E-Z-Breezy.

This month Breezy documented 2 lovely girls she was fortunate to meet one night, who were escorts turned escort-bandits. Probably one of my favorite columns from Breezy so far, so make sure to grab a Beatroute off news stands, where my illustration is printed nice and big, or read it online here.

Your post related song of the day below.

And I had to make a song, speakin on my old life/For the thief's who come out at night

arkells "michigan left" music video

In October I was busy drawing for The Arkells' newest single and music video "Michigan Left", the title track from their sophmore album. I worked alongside talented music video directer (and friend) John "JP" Poliquin who you may remember I collaborated with earlier in the year on the Mother Mother music video.

For "Michigan Left" I contributed the illustrations and animation seen throughout the video, giving the animations that "scratched on film look". Last Friday it premiered on MTV and Much Music. I was really happy with the final result and the song is awesome so check it out:

Below are a few screenshots of animations that didn't make it into the final cut (for the best I'm sure).

I will post a youtube link to the video once available.

In other music video news, the Allstar Weekend music video I worked on has reached over 2 million views, which is pretty cool.
